The room was clean, but the bunkbed design was pretty cramped.

On arrival, there was a noticeable pile of rubbish in the car park, which set a negative tone for my stay. the lack of attention and presence from staff contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere, making it feel quite isolated and unwelcoming.
